The Museum offers evenings of laughter and intrigue featuring original who-done-its written and directed by Kathy Tiso. The murder-mystery troupe Mrs. Murder and Friends, founded by Tiso, perform the interactive entertainment. The evenings include family-style dining and beverages amidst murder and mayhem. Guests are asked to pay close attention, to ask questions, and to solve the murder.

Events and Programs
North Myrtle Beach Museum is a hub of activity for all ages. Families, schoolchildren, and adults have opportunities to learn about the history and science of our region…and beyond. Members receive free or reduced admission fees to most programs and events, advance notice of Museum activities, discounts in the Museum Store, and FREE admission to North Myrtle Beach Area Historical Museum PLUS free admission to more than 150 museums in the southeast through a reciprocal Museum program .

Fieldtrips to the Museum
Educational programs for schoolchildren address SC Academic and Core Standards. Developed by a Museum educator, the inquiry-based programs accommodate the varied learning styles of today's students. The Museum currently offers science and social studies programs for grades K through 5.
